Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused, original packaging

Non-returnable:

  • Hygiene products
  • Opened items
  • Customized goods

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Issued to original payment method

BNPL Refunds (Tabby/Tamara):

  • Refunds will be processed back to the BNPL provider.
  • Customer must continue installment obligations until confirmation from provider.

Marketplace Returns:

For third-party sellers, return approval depends on seller policy but must comply with UAE consumer law.

Shipping Costs:

Customer pays return shipping unless defective item.

Damaged Items:

Report within 48 hours with proof.
